Hi Eric,
The theme includes a demo XML file you can import through your WordPress dashboard under Tools > Export/Import > WordPress importer.

Note that it will not set up your widgets – it just gives you starter posts, listings, pages, and communities to start with.

Winning Agent does offer a Quick Start Setup package for $899 that may be what you’re looking for?
