Hey Mike,
Just circling back around and realized I never responded. I took a peek at http://fiftyplusventures.com/ and it looks like you’ve modified the styles on the three Home Featured boxes to have more height.

Those areas are a sort of finely tuned orchestra when it comes to matching the image size with the box size, accounting for padding, image positioning etc.

A couple of things to try:

Try the overflow:hidden on this section of CSS:

.home-featured-1,
.home-featured-2,
.home-featured-3,
.home-listings .featured-listings .entry { … }

Adjust the positing from the top element on this selector:

.home-featured .featuredpage img.entry-image
