Thanks for the help.
Regarding #1: all locations
Regarding Comment: “Note: You don’t have to worry about a theme update overwriting your theme customizations, Carrie and I discuss in this forum post…”
I get that. But if Winning Agent (the child theme) is ever updated for whatever reason then any changes I make to the Winning Agent php files would be overwritten. I use a plugin to add/change all CSS code updates to prevent this, but when making a change the the php file as mentioned above would cause any of those updates to change. Is this correct or am I missing something?
Regarding #2: I will use a plugin if that is the best recommendation. But before I take this route I also noticed that not only is the order the opposite on the archive page as it is on the home page but the headlines appear above the community photos on the archive page and the headlines appear below the photo on the home page (which is preferred). So because the order is opposite as well as the title being placed in the opposite position makes me think there might be something with the coding and could very well be something I have done without knowing it. I hate to add a plugin which can create slower load times if unnecessary. Here is the home page community page URL: http://fivestarrealty.wpengine.com/ and here is the archive community URL: http://fivestarrealty.wpengine.com/fl/.
Regarding #3: I did not explained the objective very well. I followed the instructions above and this did indeed remove the page title from the single page community pages. However, what I want to accomplish is to remove the community page title from the archive community page and the home page. Once this happens I then need a method to add replace the community page title with the actual community name on the homepage and the archive page.
Here is an example…
ABCDEF Community page has this page title: Explore ABCDEF Facts & Interesting Information
Now on both the community archive page and the home page this long title “Explore ABCDEF Facts & Interesting Information” is placed next to the community photo and of course this is not visually appealing and hard for the visitor to quickly locate the community by name.
Another words, I need to pull or add the community homepage and archive page headings via something else than the page title.
I hope that makes sense. It is sometimes hard to put it all into written text.
Once again, I really appreciate your help and support.
