ParticipantHi, slight problem and not sure why I am getting this result. Wanted a custom color scheme so I added the following to functions.php and styles.css:
The colors do not seem to change but rather default back to the gold configuration when I choose my newly added styling via the dropdown in customizer. After some research, I happened upon a tutorial on this site basically outlining the same thing. Not sure what I could be doing wrong, as my edits mirror exactly what is posted on this site. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

ParticipantHi Wayne,
Thanks for including the pastie link! I downloaded your changes and applied them to my test theme and had the same results, that is it went back to the default colors. This is going to sound odd but I found something that worked for me on another installation. When you’re adding it to the functions.php, I took out the “/” and called it Grey-Green instead of Grey/Green. I saved it, changed it to another color scheme, viewed, then changed it to your Grey-Green, saved, hit refresh once and the new colors where there. After that I could put the / back in the description and it was fine. Odd I know but that is what worked for me on yours and one other installation.
