Bootstrap Modal Backdrop (not loading/fading) with Spoton IDX

I’ve got a strange issue, and it’s one that isn’t even present on the whole site. I’m using Spoton IDX to manage listings and the widgets it uses use some Javascript / AJAX call to go from the listings page into the specific listing.

On the home page clicking on any of the featured listings loads the individual listing without issue.

But on the full-scale map search clicking on any of the results will process the click and update the URL of the page. In Firefox it will even switch to the individual property, but the modal backdrop (presumably from Bootstrap?) remains on the page. In Chrome this happens too, but the page itself doesn’t change from the Map Search.

Any recommendations? The code isn’t generating any errors (aside from a image failing to load) so I’m not sure what’s up.
