Can't get access to my admin account

  I have been locked out of my account . I can’t reset my password, why? I am not receiving a link in my email address to reset my password. This is kind of frustrating.

  Do you mean your WordPress Admin account?
  If so, you may have a “login lockout” type plugin active. If you use the wrong password too many times you’ll be locked out for a brief period of time. So wait 20 minutes, and then try to send the password reset.
