  Do you think it would be possible to change the search results in such a way that listing that have the status ‘option’ would come after the ones that have the option ‘for sale’

  For this, you would need to create a custom listings archive template, and then you may be able to sort based on the “option”.
  Currently listings are sorted by the date they are added. If you edit that date, you can also change the listing order.
  There is also a premium custom add-on for the AgentPress Listings plugin that will allow some sorting; you could see if it fits your needs.

  Hi Marcy, Thanks for your input… I will try out the options you suggested.
  just so you know, the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” did not work – I got no notification of your replies. (did check spam etc. )
