  I am still looking for the best CRM tool to use with my WinningAgent Pro theme. I know Carrie Dills recommends MailChimp but what is the best way to utilize it to retain email addresses and customers. I am looking for a simple easy program to use. What options do I have?

  Hi Leeeinla, I would recommend using Mailchimp and creating a newsletter campaign. Once you have that setup you can utilize an optin plugin like Optin Monster or use the Genesis e-news widget (Or both) to capture customer info.
