Display featured pages on a page simliar to communities on home page

Would like to create a ‘summary’ page that displays ‘featured pages’ similar to how “communities” are displayed on home page. (rows of featured images linking to those pages.

Don’t see any way to edit or delete a post I created so adding an update here:

Appears COMMUNITY post type might do what I need (if my archive post gets answered).

I will have many communities but only want to select FOUR to display on the home page in communities section. But none of the order limiting options allow me to select the 4 specific communities I want. Is there a way to limit my 4 by their ID or other option?
