      I was previously using thesis, just installed genesis and the Winning Agent Theme, but the editor isn’t showing up. Any solutions or suggestions why this is happening? I cleared all my cache, deactivated all of my plugins and it didn’t make a difference.

      Hi there,

      Do you mean the Editor under Appearance > Editor is not showing? Or, do you mean when you go to create a new page or post, the Visual or Text editor is not showing?

      Hi Ginger,

      Thank you so much for responding. I was referring to the editor under appearance, but I just found out my host removed it. They want all changes to be made via FTP.
