  How do I integrate IDX Broker to show homes in this section or should I use the Agent Press Featured Listings?

  Check out your Dashboard in your IDX Broker account under Widgets — you can create various widgets, then copy/paste the script like you did in your search bar, to a Text widget you place in the featured listings widget area. You might need to do some additional styling to have it fit nicely. The style.css file in your theme controls the spacing around the widget space and the content within you might have to add to the Custom CSS area in your IDX Broker widget.
