  Wondering what people are doing in the way of lead generation. What offers seem to work best. Are you using the built in landing page template of the theme, or a 3rd. party like Lead Pages.
  When I bench marked realtor.com and zillow their ad words ads drive traffic to a page that lists properties by a given category/local. This is counter intuitive to what I’ve learned about lead capture but it’s what we emulated. However it’s not converting. We’re getting clicks at a good CTR but no conversions. We haven’t tried turning on re-marketing but that’s next. Just wondering from the community what works best. My client would like to ween herself from the likes of Zillow and Realtor.com for her leads due to the excessive cost.
