  I have the winning agent pro theme installed on my website and I would like the for the listing search results to display in a way that is not latest on top.

  Are you talking about the featured listings section of the homepage, or the listing search results when you use the search bar? You can change the sort order a few ways — manually with adding some code to your functions.php file or a plugin that lets you manually sort your lists in the order you would like. The plugin would work with the search results page. If you want to do the code route let me know and I can include a code snippet.
