  I need to add a sidebar on the homepage to list a slew of MLS city locations. Is this possible with this theme?

  There is no option for a Sidebar in this theme to keep the design as is.
  You can try using one of the home page widget areas and add a Text widget. It should look OK, as added, depending on where you add it.
  You can also use the Footer widget areas and add a Text widget for a list.
  
  If you would like to design your own home page, using the WordPress Block Editor, you can do that.
  If you’re using a Content, Sidebar Layout under Appearance > Customize > Theme Settings > Layout, then the home page should also have that layout.
  
  You will need to rename the theme file /winning-agent-pro/front-page.php to something else.
  Then go to Pages > All Pages > Homepage and edit using the Block Editor.
  If you need to change the Layout, that will be under the G icon in the top right of the Block Editor.
