  The subscription sign-up form is not working. I’ve tested it and it does not send an email. I’ve checked my spam folder as well.

  The “STAY UP TO DATE” widget is the Genesis eNews plugin which uses an email newsletter service, such as Mailchimp. You can see it on our demo page here:

  You don’t say who your newsletter provider is.
  You will first need to create an account at the newsletter service of your choice, like Mailchimp.
  Then find that newsletter provider on this page.
  
  Install
  
  Click the link for your provider to get instructions to connect the plugin.
